REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off.

We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever

RETURN

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with this, you can return
the product to us and we will either repair/replace it.

You are eligible for a No Refund as all are digital products which are subject to the below
terms.

All Items are eligible for return excluding the following: Digital Products are not eligible for refund
In case of the return of the items, we will cover all costs associated with the return.

REFUND

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within
15 days of your purchase.

If the product is damaged/spoiled in any way, or you have initiated the return after
15 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

As we are dealing with Digital Products, so only refund will be processed in case of product is totally broken or not working.
In addition to these conditions, there are items that can be returned, but are non-refundable, as indicated
in the following:

If the user received a product which is not working, as an example User bought the Anti virus software but Activation Key is wrong or invalid or not working. then we have to refund, user can keep the software. Other case is software is totally broken received by user.
Once the item have been received and checked by our staff,
a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to
3-5 business days days to be
credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to
suspend the refund until the items are received back and inspected.
